With over a decade of experience facilitating groups in behavioral health, workforce readiness, and psychoeducation, Maritta brings a unique blend of professional expertise and lived compassion to every session. As a Social Worker, certified therapeutic art life coach, and reentry specialist, she creates programs that are practical, evidence-based, and deeply human.

Her approach is simple: give participants the tools to regulate, communicate, and succeed—not just at work, but in life.

  • Our programs are designed for adults seeking employment, individuals re-entering the workforce after gaps or transitions, and employers who want job-ready candidates with strong soft skills.

  • We offer weekday cohorts (4 weeks, 2x per week, 1 hour each) and a Saturday regional cohort (8 weeks, 2 hours per week).

  • No. While we are based in Arizona and New Mexico, we also provide regional Saturday cohorts that allow us to serve multiple states with separate tracking and reporting. Expansion into other states is planned.

While Arizona’s Future48 focuses on industry-specific technical training (such as semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, and clean energy), Relianex specializes in the human side of workforce success.
