Relianex Workforce Accelerator™

Program Overview

The Relianex Workforce Accelerator™ is a fully online, four-week, evidence-based training program designed to give participants the skills, confidence, and tools needed to succeed in today’s job market. With flexible scheduling and convenient access from anywhere, participants benefit from a structured yet supportive learning experience that blends interactive sessions, practical activities, and proven strategies for workplace success.

During the program, participants complete the first phase of a structured 90-day Personal Success Action Plan focused on goal-setting, accountability, and workplace readiness. At the end of the four weeks, they leave with a continuation roadmap for the remaining 60 days—ensuring growth, measurable outcomes, and a clear path forward. To reinforce success, participants also receive follow-up calls at 30, 60, and 90 days post-program to check progress, strengthen skills, and provide ongoing encouragement.

By the end of the program, participants will:

  • Develop essential workplace soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.

  • Build confidence in navigating interviews, resumes, and first impressions.

  • Strengthen self-regulation strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and barriers to employment.

  • Create and implement a 90-day personal success action plan that extends beyond the program.

  • Receive post-employment retention support through structured 30/60/90-day follow-up calls.

Program Format (Fully Online for Convenience)

  • Weekday Cohorts: 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week, 1 hour each (AM and PM options).

  • Saturday Regional Cohorts: 8 weeks, 2 hours each, designed for working adults, caregivers, and rural participants.

The Relianex Workforce Accelerator™ is more than just a training program—it’s a launchpad to stability, confidence, and long-term employment success.
