Workforce Training Cohorts

An online 4-week program, meeting twice per week for one hour. Participants gain essential job readiness skills including communication, professional etiquette, workplace expectations, and self-regulation strategies. AM and PM tracks available for maximum flexibility.

Saturday Regional Cohorts

An online 8-week option designed for working adults, caregivers, and rural participants. Sessions meet Saturdays from 9:30 AM–11:30 AM (2 hours). Regional delivery is available across multiple states, with separate tracking and reporting for each location.

Post-Employment Retention Support

To ensure long-term success, we offer structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-ups with participants and employers. Services include progress check-ins, barrier troubleshooting (childcare, transportation, workplace adjustment), and credential verification. Available as flat-rate, hourly, or milestone-based packages.

Employer Partnership Services

Customized onboarding workshops, soft skills development, and retention coaching for new hires. Employers can also request tailored training cohorts aligned to their specific workforce pipeline needs, resulting in lower turnover and stronger employee engagement.

Entrepreneurship Basics (Add-On Track)

For participants interested in exploring self-employment, this track provides training in business literacy, LLC setup, financial management, branding, and growth mindset. Offered as an online 4-week evening program, one-day bootcamp, or self-paced toolkit.
